1. Service Description
Signal by Arthavita ("Signal", "we", "us") is a personal trading intelligence platform that provides daily scoring, signal briefings, and portfolio analytics. Signal is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
2. Not Financial Advice
Signal's outputs — including BUY, SELL, HOLD, and STRONG_BUY verdicts — are algorithmic scores based on publicly available market data. They are not personalized investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future results.
3. SMS Alerts
By providing your phone number in Settings, you agree to receive automated recurring SMS messages from Signal by Arthavita. Message frequency varies — typically 0–5 per day based on market conditions. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for assistance. This consent is not a condition of using the Signal platform.
4. Account Eligibility
Signal is an invitation-only platform. Access requires an approved account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Signal.
5. Limitation of Liability
Signal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Arthavita shall not be liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
