• Send intraday SMS alerts when you opt in to the Phone Number feature
• Operate and improve Signal's scoring and analytics features
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates

3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number in Settings, you consent to receive automated SMS alerts from Signal by Arthavita regarding stock signals (STRONG_BUY / SELL verdicts). Message frequency varies based on market activity — typically 0–5 messages per day. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by removing your phone number in Settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Signal (cloud hosting, SMS delivery via Twilio, email delivery), and only to the extent required to provide those services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
